Overview: Focus on Speed, Performance, Athlete Empowerment, Athletic Skills Enhancement, and Individual Athlete's Drive to Improve.
This new camp will be offered on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays during Spring Break 2023. The AM session is for middle school male and female athletes between the ages of 12-14 only.
All camp activities will be designed by Mateus Manoel, Director of Performance, and taught by members of The St. James Performance team.
Daily Schedule:
8:30AM - 8:55AM: Camper Drop Off and Registration
9:00AM - 9:45AM: Speed & Agility Training
10:00AM - 10:45AM: Snack, Stretch & Recovery
10:45AM - 11:30AM: Strength Training
11:30AM - 12:00PM: Camper Pick Up
Note: The St. James will provide each camper with a healthy snack (i.e. fruit, protein bar and beverage) throughout the camp.

1. Is this camp open to athletes of all sports?
Yes. This camp is designed to boost a child's athletic abilities irrespective of the sport that he/she plays.
2. What kinds of activities will my child be involved in during this camp?
All participants will learn basic movement skills that incorporate speed, quickness and agility. Additionally, coaches will lead participants through strength and power development activities that are age-appropriate.
3. Who will be leading the camp instructional activities?
All curricular activities and methods used during the camp will be designed and supervised by Mateus Manoel, TSJ's Director of Performance.
